Find a Supplier Service
If you cant find a photographer you want within your price range or can’t find a particular type of entertainment or someone to make the particular wedding cake of your dreams then we can find it for you – the harder the challenge the more we like it and if we cant find someone you are delighted with then you don’t pay! You cant loose.

Venue Finding Service
Finding the perfect venue can be time consuming, tiring and stressful. Not only can you benefit from our knowledge of venues but we can also pass on our experience of using the venue in most cases and we can tell you things about the venue that don’t appear in their brochures, such as whether the ladies loos are big enough for you AND your wedding dress!
We will meet you to discuss your needs and requirements in detail, visit potential venues on your behalf and take extensive photos, provisionally book your venue and negotiate the venue contract on your behalf and attend a visit with you.
£500
Invitation Management
If you have found that your wedding is taking too much time to organise and you are drowning in paperwork then we are happy to take over the time-consuming and task of managing all your invitations and guests. We will: -
- Meet with you to choose your invitations from our extensive selection from high quality suppliers if you haven’t already.
- Help you with wording and etiquette
- We will order your invitations, proof them and then send them to your guests
- Record and advise you of guest responses, chasing non-replies and noting particular guest requirements such as child-care and diet.
- Act as primary contact for all your guests queries.
- Hand over all collated information so that you can plan seating and liaise with caterers.
£500 for up to 130 guests, extra guests charged at £5 each
If you have lots of guests coming travelling to your wedding from abroad or requiring accommodation then we are happy to investigate a range of accommodation options for your guests, negotiate group bookings with hotels etc and act as a contact point for all your guests accommodation requirements.

On The Day
On the morning of your wedding do you want to wake up with an headache and a list of lots of things to do or do you want to wake up relaxed and carefree, knowing that everything is going to be taken care of for you? We will visit the venue for you to make sure everything is to your specifications, take care of all the supplier contact and make sure they deliver everything to perfection and on time and we’ll make sure all your guests are comfortable and enjoy their day as much as you do. Not only that but we’ll issue your wedding party with a timetable and checklist so that everyone knows what they should be doing and when they should be doing it. And even if there are any last minute hiccups we can cope. We carry spares for just about everything... hairspray and makeup, deodorant, tights, plasters, even a spare bouquet and back-up wedding cake.

The Final Hurdle
The last 6 – 8 weeks are the most time-consuming and stressful for the bride to be, and they are also the weeks when you just want to sit back and enjoy the final run up to your wedding. Kiss The Frog can take over all your arrangements and make your last 8 weeks of being single enjoyable and stress-free. In the last 8 weeks we will:
- Chase up any outstanding replies to wedding invitations you’ve sent (or send them if you haven’t already)
- Contact all your guests to check they have arranged transport and/or accommodation
- Contact all suppliers to ensure everything is booked and ready for your wedding
- Introduce ourselves to all your suppliers as their point of contact if they have any problems or questions
- Keep in constant contact with suppliers to ensure you have a perfect day
- Visit venue and check all arrangements are exactly created to your requirement

Panic Station
Did you start planning your wedding thinking it would be easy to get agreement from everyone, that it would be a breeze handling all the suppliers and that it would take hardly any time to put it all together? If you have got to the stage of your planning where you want someone to lighten your load and take your entire wedding planning stress away then don’t wait until the next thing goes wrong. This is the option for you. We will take over the arrangements you’ve already made and continue with the planning right through to the big day. We will also provide on the day co-ordination so that you can have exactly the day of your dreams.

Make It All Happen
If you want your wedding to be completely stress-free and for you to have all the fun of making every choice about the details of your wedding and then leaving all the hassle to someone else, then this is the option for you. Not only will we take all the stress out of the organizing of your big day but we will also be there on the day of the wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly exactly as you always dreamt.
£2950 (£2450 if you’ve already chosen your venue)
Complete Wedding Package
If you want to know exactly what your wedding will cost and you want someone else to take the stress and hassle out of arranging it then we offer complete packages that include florist, photographer, cake, venue, stationery, catering, transport, entertainment in fact everything you will need for the wedding of your dreams, all you need is the clothes you and your attendants will wear. We guarantee that no more than 15% of the cost will go towards our co-ordinating fees and that includes you having a professional wedding co-ordinator there on the day to make sure everything goes without a hitch.
This offer comes in 3 price packages, Silver, Gold and Platinum
Mon – Thursday - £9950, £11500, £13000
Fri – Sun - £12750, £14500, £18000
These packages are available in easy to pay instalment plans so you don’t have to shell out all your money at once. If the budget and the occasion are important to you then this is a really great option.
