Invitation Management
If you have found that your wedding is taking too much time to organise and you are drowning in paperwork, we are happy to take over the time-consuming task of managing all your invitations and guests.
We will:
- Meet with you to select the design of your invitations from our extensive selection of suppliers, if you haven't already.
- Help you with wording and etiquette.
- Order your invitations, proof them and then send them to your guests.
- Record and advise you of guest responses, chasing non-replies and noting particular guest requirements such as child-care and diet.
- Act as primary contact for all your guests' queries.
- Hand over all collated information so that you can plan seating and liaise with caterers.
Fee: £500.00 for up to 130 guests, extra guests charged at £5.00 each
